Sean P

Sean grew up in East London where he still lives, now by the river. Open Pen is a project Sean had in mind for some years, waiting patiently for his life to be ‘less busy’ before giving the concept the time and energy it required. He then realised that no one ever finds any semblance of order in life, and finally bit the bullet in late 2010, and with some like-minded individuals at either side, unquietly went about making a magazine once described as ‘other’.

This editor’s affaire d’amour with literary fiction is most apparent within the pages of fellow self-aware toad Ernest Hemingway, fellow cry-baby Franz Kafka, fellow grump Friedrich Nietzsche and fellow poorly child Marcel Proust.
